Product FAQs
Can I create a double groove pulley?
Yes. Two Biloc pulleys can be assembled together to create a double groove pulley. To do this, use the matching No.1 long bolt set or No.2 long bolt set. For a standard single-pulley installation, use a Biloc bush and retainer kit. A retainer is not required when joining two pulleys together.
Do I need a keyway?
No. Biloc pulleys use a keyless locking system and do not require keys or grub screws. What are the advantages of a Biloc pulley? Biloc pulleys are quick to install, easy to remove and can be fitted to multiple shaft sizes simply by changing the bush. They can be used in single or double groove arrangements, suit A, AX, SPA, SPAX, B, BX, SPB, SPBX belts, and eliminate the need for shaft machining, keyways and grub screws.
How is a Biloc pulley installed?
The pulley is mounted using a Biloc bush, retainer and bolts. Installation usually requires only basic hand tools. If joining two pulleys together to create a double groove assembly, use the matching No.1 long bolt set or No.2 long bolt set.
Can I use this pulley as a replacement for my existing pulley?
