Ordering a Biloc pulley is straightforward. Every Biloc assembly consists of:

- A pulley
- A bush
- A retainer kit
The pulley, bush and retainer are all sold separately, allowing you to build the exact assembly you need.

Step 1: Choose Your Pulley
Start by selecting the pulley size from our Biloc pulley range.
Biloc pulley sizes are identified by their A pitch diameter which refers to the diameter of the pulley where the A belt runs. If you want, you can also filter by the outside diameter of the pulley. Take note of whether the pulley takes a number 1 or number 2 bush.
Step 2: Select the Correct Bush
Once you've chosen your pulley, select the bush that matches your shaft diameter.

Note:
- #1 bushes suit shafts up to 28mm.
- #2 bushes suit shafts up to 42mm.
You can use the filters on the bush collection page to select your shaft size.
Step 3: Add a Retainer Kit
Single Biloc assembly requires a retainer kit. Find the range here.
Choose:
- Retainer Kit for #1 Bush
- Retainer Kit for #2 Bush
The retainer kit includes the retainer plate, bolts and washers required to lock the assembly together. If you are joining two pulleys together to create a double pulley you will need to order the long bolts instead of the retainer. Find the long bolts here.
