A Legacy of Vibration Excellence
Founded in 1953, Netter Vibration has spent over 70 years at the forefront of industrial vibration technology. Known for its precision-engineered solutions “Made in Germany,” the company has earned a reputation as a hidden champion in the field—quietly leading the market with one of the widest product ranges available. From pneumatic impactors to electric and hydraulic vibrators, Netter’s equipment is trusted across industries for bulk material handling, dosing, compacting, and cleaning. Their commitment to innovation has resulted in numerous milestones, including the development of lubrication-free, low-noise vibrators and self-controlled pneumatic knockers—all designed to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Precision Vibration for Every Application
Netter Vibration offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of industrial vibrators in the world, with solutions tailored to nearly every sector—from food processing and packaging to construction, agriculture, and manufacturing. Their lineup includes rotary, linear, and impact-based vibration systems, powered by pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic drives. Whether you're compacting concrete in a precast yard, dosing powders in a dairy plant, or keeping grain flowing in a silo, Netter Vibration has a tool for the job. In New Zealand, where industries like horticulture, meat processing, dairy, and quarrying demand reliability and hygiene, Netter’s vibration technology plays a vital role in keeping production lines efficient and materials moving.
NCT Series – Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators
The NCT Series delivers high-frequency rotary vibration using a turbine with internal unbalances. These vibrators are ideal for emptying bins, driving sieves, and stimulating flow in fine powders—common tasks in New Zealand’s dairy processing, pharmaceutical, and horticultural packaging sectors. Their oil-free operation, low noise, and compact design make them perfect for clean environments, while ATEX-certified and stainless steel models meet the strict hygiene standards required in food and chemical applications.

PKL Series – Pneumatic Impactors
Netter’s PKL Series is designed to tackle stubborn material flow issues. These pneumatic impactors simulate a hammer strike, making them ideal for dislodging stuck product in silos, hoppers, and chutes. In New Zealand’s grain storage, fertiliser handling, and meat rendering industries, bridging and rat-holing are common challenges—PKL impactors provide a reliable, low-maintenance solution. With options for low-noise, automatic control, and ATEX compliance, they’re suited for both rural and urban processing facilities.

NTS Series – Pneumatic Linear Vibrators
The NTS Series generates pure linear vibration, ideal for conveying, loosening, and compacting bulk materials. These vibrators are widely used in quarrying, concrete batching, and packaging operations across New Zealand. Their ability to drive discharge chutes and compact materials in moulds makes them a favourite in precast concrete and aggregate handling. With adjustable frequency and amplitude, NTS units offer precision control for sensitive or variable materials.

NTK Series – Compact Linear Vibration
Compact and powerful, the NTK Series is perfect for tight spaces where vibration is still essential. These units are commonly found in small hoppers, vibrating tables, and lightweight conveyors used in seed sorting, nut processing, and laboratory-scale production. Their simple design and reliable performance make them ideal for OEM integration and small-scale industrial setups, especially in New Zealand’s boutique food production and agri-tech sectors.

A Purpose-Built Facility in Mainz-Kastel
Netter Vibration’s headquarters are located in Mainz-Kastel, Wiesbaden in Germany. Just 500 metres from their original site. Completed in 2023, the new facility spans 12,348 sqm, including 3,000 sqm of production space and 1,200 sqm of administration offices. The site is designed for seamless collaboration between departments, with a two-storey office building directly connected to the production hall. This modern setup supports Netter’s growing team of over 100 employees.

Driven by People and Technical Expertise
Netter Vibration’s reputation is built on a deep foundation of technical expertise and close collaboration with customers. Their team of engineers and application specialists work closely with clients around the world to develop tailored vibration solutions that solve real-world challenges in material handling and processing. At RR Fisher, we’ve seen first hand how Netter’s commitment to innovation and problem-solving translates into practical results for New Zealand industries—from food and dairy to quarrying and manufacturing. With a global presence and a strong focus on continuous improvement, Netter Vibration continues to lead the way in developing intelligent, efficient, and reliable vibration systems that keep production lines moving.
